Instructions to Authors

To prepare your submission, it is highly recommended that you follow the downloadable template below and limit yourself to 2 pages for the short version and 8 pages (in English) for the extended version, not including the first page.

  • — No presenter may submit more than three proposals.
  • — Proposals submitted by any other means will not be considered.
  • — The duration of regular oral presentations will be 15 minutes, including questions.
  • — Particular attention will be paid to the quality, originality, and relevance of the proposals. Authors should avoid generalities.
